My name is Marten and I started practicing qigong in January of 2008. It absolutely changed my life in every sense of the word. Luckily, these changes happened in a very subtle and holistic way. I went to the qigong/Tai Chi studio for hours a night for many years, so I know the ins and outs of qigong and Tai Chi and have become adept at teaching these amazing arts to others over the years.
